We stand behind every bottle of Marobrain with a full 60-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will refund the cost of the product — no awkward questions, no hidden fees.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund:
- The refund request must be submitted within 60 days of the original purchase date.
- The order must have been placed directly through our official website. Third-party purchases (e.g., unauthorized resellers on Amazon, eBay, etc.) are not covered.
- You may return both opened and unopened bottles.
How to Request a Refund
- Email support@marobrain.com with your order number and reason for the refund.
- Our support team will respond within 24 to 48 business hours with return instructions and the return shipping address.
- Ship the bottles back using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days to the original payment method.
What Is Not Refundable
- Original shipping fees (where applicable)
- Return shipping costs
- Digital bonus products (the free ebooks remain yours to keep)
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a free replacement at no cost to you.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days of confirmation, first check with your credit card company or bank, as posting times vary. If you still have not received it, please email support@marobrain.com.
