This page outlines how Marobrain orders are processed and shipped. Please review the information below before placing your order.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours of being placed (excluding weekends and major US holidays). You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships, including a tracking number.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to the email address used at checkout. You can use this number on the carrier's website to monitor your shipment.

Shipping Carriers

We ship through trusted carriers including USPS, UPS and FedEx for domestic orders, and partner carriers for international destinations.

Customs and Import Duties

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or fees imposed by their country. These are not included in the order total at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact support@marobrain.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, when appropriate, send a replacement at no cost to you.

Wrong Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, email us right away — we may be able to update the address before the package ships.
